(d) explain in detail how the agreement has the effect of improving the overall situation of the worker as regards the working and employment conditions of each worker; and B.6.1 All collective agreements sws under the conditions of this schedule, including the appropriate percentage of the relevant minimum wage to be paid to the worker, must be submitted by the employer to the Fair Work Commission. 4.5 The employer must extend to the worker a copy of the agreement and keep the agreement as a record of time and wages.
